The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SB 202(STA) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SB 202? YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Therriault, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski, Wilken Nays: Bunde 2008-04-11 Senate Journal Page 2812 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 202(STA) "An Act relating to expenditures in aid of or to implement the provisions of the federal Real ID Act." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
